All jewelry sold by Kærlighedsboksen is handmade and unique, crafted in Nepal in collaboration with local artisans.
Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and details may occur. These variations are considered part of the product’s unique character and are not regarded as defects.
Prices
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK).
Kærlighedsboksen reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped.
Shipping
Kærlighedsboksen ships to Denmark, the EU, and worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping provider.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Private customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded.
Complaints & Warranty
Customers are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or lack of proper care.
Liability
Kærlighedsboksen cannot be held responsible for delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
